About Kristin: 

Kristin Tullis started at ORS Partners as a Talent Consultant and has quickly worked her way up to become a Senior Talent Consultant. She has been with ORS Partners for 2.5 years, dedicating her expertise exclusively to the Healthcare and Senior Living industry. Her long-term engagement, which began in April 2022 and extends through the end of 2025, showcases her commitment and specialized knowledge in this vital sector. 

In her free time, Kristin enjoys hiking with her two dogs – Stella, a golden/lab mix, and Georgia, a golden retriever. She also travels around the southeastern US, competing in ranch horse equestrian competitions with Owen, her Paint Horse gelding, combining her love for the outdoors with her passion for horsemanship. 

Kristin is actively involved at ORS Partners, participating in the Fun Committee and helping to plan engaging monthly events for the company. Her dedication to fostering a positive company culture extends beyond her client work, as she actively engages with colleagues through Slack and various company events, despite working remotely. 

Before joining ORS Partners, Kristin honed her skills in talent acquisition across various industries. She spent 5 years as an onsite staffing manager for several logistics and manufacturing companies, including those in the automotive, apparel, automotive acoustics, and food production sectors. She then transitioned into a specialized role in skilled manufacturing recruitment, focusing on positions such as CNC Machinists, Engineers, and various corporate roles. 

Kristin is no stranger to recognition, having received the Client Excellence Award in 2023 for her outstanding work with a leading senior living provider. She has been praised for her professionalism, strategic thinking, agility, and for being a phenomenal team player. Kristin has also been recognized for her ability to cement strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as her willingness to bring various ORS team members up to speed on client accounts. 

She believes that the key to being successful is: “Constant communication and consistency in processes. I believe keeping in contact with our client champion as well as hiring managers, in addition to keeping the process clean and streamlined, has really set me up to be successful with my client.” 

Reflecting on her growth at ORS Partners, Kristin says: “Although I have only been at ORS for 2.5 years, I feel like I have really grown into a successful Senior Talent Consultant in an industry where I didn’t have prior experience. I have gained so many new skills and learned so many valuable lessons throughout my time with my client that will help me continue to grow and be a successful consultant and partner in the years to come.”
