The ORS Innovation Lab is the technology and sourcing hub of ORS Partners. Innovation Lab supports every ORS Partners division from White Label Recruiting to Executive Search. This team researches and launches new technology solutions to the organization, and trains all Search Analysts, continuously improving the talent acquisition services we provide to our clients.
Since creation, Innovation Lab has researched and launched more than 50 technology solutions for the ORS Partners team, covering a broad range of talent consulting activities including AI-powered sourcing tools, social media aggregators, and productivity software.
The Technology Adoption Process

To confirm the solution will be beneficial, the Innovation Lab researches, evaluates, and rigorously tests each and every solution prior to launch.
