Giving Back

Ors-giving-back

At ORS Partners, we are extremely passionate about giving back to our local community!

Each year our team selects and participates in a variety of events where “giving back” is the theme. Community involvement is an important part of our employee engagement program, and the support of our local community has a great intrinsic benefit. Beyond participating in charities and fundraising programs, we often select and sponsor a non-profit and incorporate giving into our own event. In a recent example, we held a chili cook-off where 100% of the entry fee was donated to a local cause.

In loving memory, we lost one of our own and honor her memory through support of the Helen Betzler Foundation.

As dogs have a special place in our hearts, we've done everything from make and donate dog toys to sheltering and adopting dogs. Pro-top: Bring the rescure to the office for the day and watch your co-workers try to resist adopting...(it's worked three times!!).

We are a Leadership Partner at “HEALED” (Health and Energy through Active Living Every Day) which is led by Pat Croce and promotes the healthy living movement for those affected by cancer
