About Shayna:
Shayna Hall, a dynamic Talent Manager at ORS Partners, has been part of the organization for three years. She embarked on her journey at ORS as a Talent Consultant and has since made significant strides in her career. Shayna has gained experience across a variety of industries, including fintech, broadcasting, software development, construction, healthcare/pharmaceutical manufacturing, and warehouse & distribution.
Before joining ORS, Shayna kick-started her career as an HR Manager within sports & entertainment, focusing on employee and labor relations. She later transitioned into the public sector, supporting both compensation and benefits before moving into full-focused recruitment as a technology recruiter.
Outside of her professional life, Shayna is a health enthusiast who loves working out, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors. She also has a penchant for impulsive shopping, attending local art events, and traveling when possible.
At ORS Partners, Shayna has been instrumental in running all social media marketing efforts. Her dedication and commitment to her role have not gone unnoticed. Shayna received the “Rookie of the Year” award from ORS a year after she started.
