About Jon:
Jon Harris has been a Senior Talent Consultant at ORS Partners for 2 years. Before joining ORS Partners, he was an executive recruiter and Senior IT Project Recruiter.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, golf, drag racing, and pretty much any auto sports. During his time at ORS, he has supported industries such as software automation, legal, parking technology, Information technology, finance, and logistics.
Throughout his career, he has tackled challenges in project management and team leadership. For instance, a finance client needed better visibility into their recruitment process. He spearheaded the development of a spreadsheet that tracked key stages, calculating the time taken between each. This provided real-time insights for both internal and external stakeholders, ultimately streamlining the project. Additionally, he has contributed to training initiatives designed to standardize and improve talent acquisition practices across all levels. Recognizing his leadership skills, he was chosen to join the newly formed TFX team, successfully integrating it into the ORS Partners service portfolio while developing processes for a robust platform of client offerings.
Jon has received several awards and recognitions, both internally at ORS and from clients. He received recognition from a parking industry client and was nominated for ORS partner of the year.
