Meet Brenna, a Senior Talent Consultant who has been with ORS Partners for 7 years. Starting as a Talent Consultant, she has established herself as a versatile professional across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, mortgage, wholesale distribution, wellness services, and education.
When she’s not connecting top talent with great opportunities, Brenna enjoys reading, attending concerts, spending time at the beach, and exploring walking trails with her dog.
Throughout her tenure at ORS Partners, Brenna has been deeply involved in various organizational initiatives. She played a key role in developing the InnovatORS program and has been an active participant in the mentor/mentee program since inception, experiencing both sides of this valuable relationship. She also contributes to the company’s growth by supporting training programs for new Search Analysts.
