Piano, who provides a suite of digital content monetization tools to media and publishing companies was launching a new office location in Philadelphia, PA. They were seeking a talent solution to accommodate the hiring for their new office location – a new market for them. Additionally, the company’s current talent strategy focused on referrals from personal and professional networks and they were looking to expand that approach with an outsourced provider.
ORS partnered with the client to deploy a White Label Recruiting Solution. ORS quickly embedded into the organization, serving as a brand ambassador to the market in their new Philadelphia location. The company’s talent acquisition strategy was reviewed and overhauled. Their new strategy included building out their corporate and employer brand recognition within Philadelphia’s technology community. ORS focused on establishing key relationships throughout the city and attending events to excite candidates about the company’s new location. Additionally, ORS consulted the client’s executive team on prioritization of open roles and expected time-to-fill, allowing them to strategically plan for key hires, while also focusing on their other international locations.
