Phone2Action, which allows campaign supporters to connect with their elected officials via Twitter, Facebook and SMS texting, needed sales representative to meet their aggressive growth and revenue goals.
ORS partnered with the organization and provided a White Recruiting Label Solution that included a focus on all high priority sales roles, as well as talent acquisition consulting on the company’s current interview process, employer branding, and candidate care practices. The large amount of sales hires led to growth throughout the organization and ORS focus shifted to information technology roles. Additionally, ORS aligned to the company’s diversity goals and created talent strategies to ensure a diverse workplace.
The original engagement was only set for three months, however after continued success it extended to a ten-month partnership. During the engagement, the ORS team made 33 hires across the client’s sales, technology, marketing and operations departments. Out of these hires, two were critical leadership roles, Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Product.
