Energage, a company that measures employee climate for Human Resources departments, was seeking to rapidly grow their team. Their current talent acquisition strategy was to fill positions through referrals, agencies, and applicants, but were struggling to find and hire higher level positions.
ORS Partners was originally engaged as a part-time partner to assist with their hiring needs; however, as Energage’s rapid growth continued, the project evolved into a full-time White Label Recruiting Solution. ORS collaborated with the client to understand their unique culture and each role’s specific requirements. While the client was used to fast-paced resume presentation, ORS proved that taking a holistic view of the talent acquisition process, consulting on best practices to ensure the highest level of quality of hire, and maintaining speed and efficiency, leads to a successful talent acquisition function.
