Additionally, the client’s open roles were difficult in nature due to the limited talent pools in their suburban office locations. In order to meet the escalating number of open positions, they began seeking a talent acquisition partner who could fill their positions and also recommend process best practices.
In the original engagement, ORS deployed a Project Based Recruiting Solution, which was contracted for a 1-year project. As ORS began aligning ourselves to the HR team and quickly making an impact, the 1-year project continued extending and transitioned into a full White Label Solution. ORS’ consultative approach allowed the client’s Human Resources team to focus on their company’s expansion, while knowing ORS was owning the talent acquisition function and continuously evaluating and recommending best practices.
With ORS as their talent acquisition partner Customers Bank has made 329 hires in the past 2.5 years, established a time to fill of 50 days, and maintained an average of $3,300 cost per hire. ORS conducted interviewing training for the hiring managers and on creating a branded careers page. Additionally, ORS has successfully navigated the client’s acquisition of an additional company, quickly establishing best practices for talent processes and maintaining consistent hiring metrics.
