ORS Partners deployed a White Label Recruiting Solution that included an offsite technical recruiter and additional sourcing support when needed. The recruiter was closely aligned with the Clipper Magazine’s Vice President of Human Resources and Training to quickly secure the top talent they needed to take their business to the next level. ORS implemented several new and innovative methods of sourcing while seamlessly fitting into the organization and adopting the employer brand. Additionally, ORS introduced and established two other talent acquisition programs: Social Onboarding and Candidate Care.
During the first 4 months of the partnership, the client had scoped 4 positions and ORS filled 6. The cost to hire was reduced by 11% in those 4 months. The client has since extended the initial project engagement.
