TERRY WILLIAMS – Chief Executive Officer
Terry Williams is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ORS Partners. Terry’s 30 year track record in the human capital industry brings a highly differentiated set of skills and experiences to the ORS Partners team. As a recruiter, entrepreneur, strategic business advisor, and venture capitalist, Terry has meaningfully impacted the way the Mid-Atlantic region’s executive management and investment community look at building businesses through talent acquisition.
Previously, Terry established The TWC Group in 1996 to share best practices in using recruitment and talent management to build competitive advantage. In 2006, TWC Group acquired HR Impact to augment its world-class management consulting with HR solutions. In 2007, with more than 100 employees across the Mid-Atlantic region, Terry sold TWC Group to COMSYS/ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN, f/k/a COMSYS IT Partners). Before TWC, Terry served as a strategic consultant to Dialogic Corporation, the world’s leading computer telephony components provider. He helped build Dialogic from a 45-person organization to over 1,300 employees within nine years. Prior to that, he was an independent consultant for DuPont and there helped to build a new division, DX Imaging Corp., which was a joint partnership with Xerox Corporation.
In addition, Terry also serves as CEO of Cross X Platform (CXP), a business accelerator for professional services firms, and as Managing Partner of NextStage Capital, a successful venture capital firm focused on financing start-up technology companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, and sits on a number of Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies, including Movitas, a mobile software platform company he co-founded in 2008.
Terry has been widely published in such venues as HR Executive Magazine, Harvard Management Update, Network Magazine, Princeton Business Journal and vcapital.com. He also appeared on CNN and NBC Nightly News. In 2011, Terry was elected as a Founding Member of the Robb Report Club. Terry holds degrees in Criminology and Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
CHRISTOPHER BETZLER – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for ORS Partners, Chris Betzler is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the firm’s financial and legal matters. Chris has more than 20 years experience as a finance professional, running company-wide financial operations and ISO quality initiatives and over 15 years managing finances in the human capital industry. Chris has extensive experience in the mergers and acquisition process leading the effort for two acquisitions and a successful sale of TWC Group to COMSYS.
Prior to ORS Partners, he contributed to several early stage technology companies where he established their finance and legal infrastructure with a strong focus on fund raising and cash management. Early in his career, Chris was recruited by Acsys Inc. to be the Controller of the Northeast Region where he managed 10 offices. While at Acsys, he grew top-line revenue from $20M to $60M while maintaining some of the highest margins in the company. Chris currently holds the titles of CFO for Cross X Platform, LLC, Ridley Township Controller, and also sits on the Ridley Township Police Pension Board and the Police Contract negotiation team. Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A.
STEPHEN BRITTIN – Vice President | Strategy, Systems, & Process
Vice President of Strategy, Systems & Process for ORS Partners, Stephen is responsible for developing client relationships, driving service delivery excellence and partnering to design, implement and deliver solutions to emerging growth, mid-size organizations and fortune 500 global corporations. Stephen brings an extensive background in operational and process excellence with more than 17 years of talent acquisition and RPO experience.
Stephen has a unique ability to interpret, simplify, and solve complex issues that accelerates alignment between cultural, human, and technology capital. He has been an executive and director for leading organizations in the Philadelphia area, such as The O’Connor Group, Manpower, and TWC Group. He has held interim leadership positions at his clients such as Comcast, Comcast Programming (now NBC Universal), and Gamesa Wind.
Stephen has been quoted in HR Executive Magazine and USA Today. He is a guest lecturer at Temple University and sits on the Temple University HR Roundtable. Stephen has been a featured speaker at several talent acquisition industry events and is a recognized thought leader, coach and mentor in the talent acquisition and human capital space.
BOB LUCCI – Vice President | Sales Operations
Vice President of Sales Operations for ORS Partners, Bob Lucci is responsible for the support and enhancement of ORS Partners’ sales programs – strategy, staffing, deployment, performance and delivery. For over 20 years, Bob has been a catalyst for increasing sales velocity within high-growth firms and relied upon to develop the people and infrastructure to accommodate rapid growth. Bob is committed to helping business leaders set strategy and drive growth through successful outsourced recruitment techniques and talent acquisition.
In recent years, Bob was the head of sales operations and then C.O.O. at Trion, a consulting firm to mid to large employers in the insurance benefits industry. There, he deployed a sales and operations model which helped the organization more than double the S&P 500 CAGR of 6.6% during his tenure. Prior, Bob served at two-time Inc. 500 Award Winner HealthDrive Medical and Dental Practices where he led the company’s East Coast and Midwest expansion. He also worked with Akamai Technologies, a Forbes’ Dynamic 100 company and CEO Magazine’s Broadband 50. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
DIANE O’BRIEN – Vice President | Business Development and Strategy
Diane is Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at ORS Partners. Diane has over 13 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry as a recruiter and sales executive. Diane became an entrepreneur in 2003, as CEO of her own private search firm, SalesSource Recruiting, where she specialized in six-figure searches. Over her career she has partnered with start-ups and Fortune 100 Companies, including GE Capital, GE Medical, Glaxo-SmithKline, Sonosite, Medtronic, Siemens, Hologic, Merge, E-Med, Naviscan, MarketBridge, Agilent, Kodak, Vaisala, FPL, Solectria, and IBM. In 2004, Diane was recognized in the INC Magazine article, “The Ultimate Sales Force,” for her expertise in hiring high commissioned sales and management teams. She has a successful track record of helping her clients drive revenues through human capital acquisitions, and by implementing innovative hiring technologies, such as virtual interviewing.
Diane became a pioneer in the virtual interviewing space, as early as 2000, and was recognized in 2008 by ABC News for her experience with virtual and video interviewing. One of Diane’s clients who became an early adopter, was able to scale quickly, grew exponentially through virtual hiring, and was later acquired in 2006 by GE Healthcare. In 2008, Diane co-founded NAHBR, National Association of Home Based Recruiters, to mentor women and launch more recruiting entrepreneurs. Her mentorship program has developed successful recruiters internationally, and is being published in 2014.
Diane holds a BS in Business Administration, and a minor in Marketing from York College. Her passion continues to be mentoring women and students, to help them achieve their career goals, as well as working with executives to attract better talent and improve their hiring process. She is also a trusted mentor to students at Bryn Mawr College.
JACQUELINE SCORZETTI – Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services for ORS Partners, Jacqueline acts as a customer liaison and leads the development and implementation of recruiting operation projects from inception to closeout, working with key stakeholders on defining project, providing consultative support, and project management logistics including milestones and project plans. Jacqueline has 13 years talent acquisition experience serving multiple industries and disciplines from entry level to executive leadership. Jacqueline has demonstrated success in developing and maintaining recruiting processes in support of the Client Delivery team. Jacqueline is responsible for tracking progress and inter-dependencies for all Client Delivery projects including developing change management and communication strategies for assigned projects. Jacqueline’s project management experience includes serving as project lead on multiple special project teams as that required time-sensitive business solutions across telecommunications, information technology, and biotechnology industries for Fortune 1000 companies such as Comcast, Aramark, Freedom Mortgage, SEI Investments, AdminServer, Netscan, American Water, and SecureInfo. Jacqueline holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
FRED SHAND – Director of ORS Sourcing & Research Center
As Director of the ORS Sourcing & Research Center for ORS Partners, Fred Shand is responsible for providing sourcing strategy and support for ORS Partners’ clients. Fred has 15 years of highly successful technical recruiting experience, with 10+ years contingency agency experience working within two of the Philadelphia areas’ most reputable agencies. He is responsible for everything from client generation to sourcing and closing job requirements.
Prior to joining ORS Partners, Fred was with the Manpower Group working as a top-performer assigned to Comcast’s Enterprise Architecture Group where he was responsible for the recruitment of IT Professionals including: Database Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Program/Project Managers, SAP Director, Java Architects, Cloud Architects, SAN Architects, Senior Web Development (JAVA & .NET), Infrastructure Architects, Operations Architects, Software Delivery Managers. Fred holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
AL YANNELLI – Director of Resource Management
As Director of Resource Management for ORS Partners, Al is responsible for the development and execution of cost effective, strategic sourcing techniques that allow for the identification of high quality talent for ORS and our clients. With over 20 years’ experience in the recruiting industry, across healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services and technology industries, Al utilizes his skillset to ensure customer service integrity, relationship building and bottom line results. As a proactive team player, with the ability to train and motivate staff, Al provides strategic resource support to recruit the best and the brightest for the ORS consulting team.
Prior to ORS Partners, Al held management positions at both Pfizer and Theorem Clinical Research and was a Senior Recruiter at Icon Clinical Research. Al is a certified AIRS Internet Recruiter, as well as a DDI Targeted Selection trainer for behavioral interviewing, and a Certified Human Resource Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services. Al has and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Stroudsburg University.
BRIAN FELICE – Recruitment & Business Development Consultant
As a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant for ORS Partners, Brian is responsible for new client development along with growing and retaining existing client and candidate relationships. Brian develops and implements strategic objectives that ensure company growth. Brian has 8 years of experience working in the talent acquisition industry supporting the recruitment needs of various functional teams – Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Legal and Strategic Business Development – across various industries. Brian has combined his talent acquisition experience with his business development skills and expertise in recruitment technology to perform cross-functional predictive modeling, analysis of prospective candidate demographics and behavior trends to increase conversion/yield across his client organizations.
Before joining ORS Partners, Brian was a member of the RPO Resource Team at Manpower Group where he supported the recruitment needs of various functional teams and cut time-to-fill goals by 31%. Brian was responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for candidates with ManpowerGroup’s clients specific to lines of business. In his role as Assistant Director of Admissions at Cabrini College, Brian exceeded territory goals, including exceeding lead generation goal in 2010 (24%), 2011 (21%), and 2012 (23%) with a 27.5% (19.5% industry average) yield rate on leads to applicants. Brian holds a Master’s in Organization Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Cabrini College.
KATHERINA BREWER – Business Associate | Strategy, Systems and Process
As a business associate for ORS Partners, Katherina Cook is responsible for developing, implementing and managing various aspects of ORS Partner’s corporate development and corporate marketing initiatives, along with technology and process improvement. Katherina is responsible for public relations, corporate marketing, lead and demand generation, social media, and consulting and technology support. Katherina plays a key role in strategically building ORS Partners and brings a broad toolkit of problem-solving skills and foundational knowledge – and implementation of technology solutions to strengthen and generate new sales and business development opportunities. Katherina earned her B.S. in Community, Environment, and Development from Penn State University. Katherina is currently pursuing her MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
